Love My Human is a contemporary pet care destination in Chelsea, created to bring thoughtful design, refined grooming and exceptional wellbeing services to London’s dog owners. Founded by Royal College of Art graduate Jenny, the brand supports dogs and their humans with an elevated blend of grooming, daycare, retail and community-focused experiences.

Drawing on her background working with luxury design houses and hospitality icons, Jenny developed Love My Human and later LMH Townhouse as warm, beautifully considered spaces where dogs’ comfort comes first. What began with two Tibetan Terriers and a small, passionate team has grown into a 24-strong group of dedicated professionals offering expert grooming, a dog-friendly café, daycare and holistic wellness services.
