How Pawthority ensures quality across every listing.

Every business listed on Pawthority is publicly listed on Google with a minimum 4.5 star Google rating. We apply a quality threshold: providers need a minimum 4.5 star rating and a meaningful number of reviews to be included.

We don't manually vet every listing, but we do curate by quality signals. If you find incorrect information or a business that's no longer operating, let us know at hello@pawthority.co.uk and we'll update or remove it promptly.

Premium Verified (coming soon) will introduce additional vetting for providers who want a stronger trust signal on their profile.

All requirements are assessed by the Pawthority team during the listing review process. Premium Verified status requires an additional application and is subject to approval.

All providers in the Pawthority directory meet our baseline quality criteria. Every listing represents a real London pet service that is publicly listed on Google with a minimum 4.5 star rating.
