Star Boarding Kennels & Cattery

Star Boarding Kennels & Cattery offers comprehensive boarding and grooming services from its long-established Chessington base, serving pets and families across Greater London, Surrey and nearby areas. Founded in 1977 as a family-run business, it is now owned and led by award-winning groomer and Crufts competitor Stephanie Smith, who brings a lifelong passion for animal care to the day-to-day running of the kennels and cattery.

Supported by a loyal team including Sue, Leila, Ellie and Nat, the staff are carefully chosen for their commitment to animal welfare and their attention to each pet’s individual needs. Their ethos focuses on helping dogs, cats and small animals feel settled and secure, with open, honest advice to ensure every stay is as comfortable and stress free as possible for both pets and owners.

Services include boarding for cats, dogs and small pets, pregnancy ultrasound scanning for dogs, cats, goats and sheep, full grooming, bathing and trimming, microchipping and 24-hour veterinary cover on standby, with delivery and collection available across Greater London and Surrey. Clients value the experienced team, transparent communication and welcoming visits that provide real peace of mind whenever their pets stay at Star Boarding Kennels & Cattery.
