Paws and Pause

Paws & Pause is London’s only social enterprise dog daycare, offering tailored daily adventures designed to bring out every dog’s best self. With sites in Peckham and Brixton, they provide structured days full of fun, comfort, and enrichment all while supporting a wider social mission that makes life better for both dogs and people.

Built around a low 1:5 dog-to-staff ratio, Paws & Pause creates balanced routines that nurture every pup’s confidence and wellbeing. From calm introductions and enrichment sessions to restful downtime, the team ensures dogs thrive physically and emotionally. Their purpose-built spaces include quiet retreats, play zones, and expert supervision from qualified, canine first-aid trained staff.

What truly sets Paws & Pause apart is its social impact. Alongside its expert team, the organisation supports people rebuilding their lives after mental health challenges through an innovative recovery training programme. With exceptional care, flexible London-proof hours, and a heart-led mission, Paws & Pause proves that great dog daycare can create positive change across the community.
