Waggle & Purr

Waggle & Purr provides reliable pet sitting and care for dogs and cats in Richmond, treating every furry companion with the devotion they deserve. Founded by Kelly, a lifelong animal lover who left a 15-year career in media and retail for her passion, the service builds deep trust through home visits, key holding, and personalised attention that feels like family. Drawing from her volunteering at animal shelters like Casa Lupita in Nicaragua, Kelly ensures pets receive love, protection, and joy while owners are away.

Kelly's approachable, genuine style—honed through global travel, charity work, and connecting with fellow pet parents—creates solid relationships where clients become friends. She handles all animals with equal affection, recognising their innocence and precious nature, much like children, and commits to annual donations to animal charities as a way to give back.

Owners cherish Kelly's trustworthiness, happiness-spreading energy, and the peace of mind from knowing their pets are in caring hands. Waggle & Purr embodies reliability, compassion, and community. Every pet deserves this heartfelt guardianship.
