Hello Vet Columbia Road

Hello Vet delivers collaborative veterinary care for cats and dogs through calming, purpose-built clinics in Hackney's London Fields. They serve pet parents with instant messaging support, same-day appointments, and unique procedures where owners stay by their pets' side. Founded in 2022 by Oli, James, and Ale with Clinical Director Dr. Christian LeVan, the practice prioritizes happy teams for optimal pet outcomes.

The team backgrounds in veterinary, health, and social care drive a model of transparent pricing, budget-friendly options, and anxiety-reducing designs like sunken scales and separate waiting areas. Their approach launched the UK's first clinic allowing client participation during treatments, backed by experienced MRCVS professionals. Strengths include free WhatsApp triage, 7-day access, and Little Vets educational programs for children ages 6-11.

Clients praise the compassionate service transforming stressful visits into family-centered experiences. Hello Vet upholds collaboration, transparency, and excellence with continuous innovation. Pets receive thoughtful care strengthening owner-clinician bonds.
