Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Norbury is run by Robbie and Laura from a six-suite cattery in the garden of their family home in Norbury. It belongs to the Longcroft franchise, where each hotel is independently owned, and holds a Croydon Council licence.

Suites have a thermostatically controlled bedroom, a fresh-air play area, a full-height cat tree and privacy film, with interconnecting options for cats from the same home. The owners live on site, and cats are kept to their usual routines, with photo updates for owners.
